- Operación en control Haas
- Conocimientos intermedio de programación a pie de maquina
- Interpretación de planos 2D Y 3D
- Matemáticas básicas
- Afilado de brocas y cortadores
- Manejo equipo de medición
- Conocimientos de roscas
- Identificación de procesos por tipo de material
- Conocimiento en CATIA V5
- Conocimientos de codigo G
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Interpretación de planos detallados de las pieza
- Control de maquinaria
- Instalación y calibración para los equipos y accesorios necesarios para la operación
- Identificación y montaje de herramientas según el proceso
- Inspección y limpieza de máquinas al término de cada turno de trabajo
- Llenado de registros de producción según apliquen
- Inspeccionar componentes con herramientas de medición y de precisión
- Detallado de piezas cuando aplique

- Technical report generation
- 3D Conceptual design generation for structural components
- 3D model constructions
- High-quality mesh generation
- Co-led the development of innovative design solutions for structural components using CAD/CAE.
- Lead the DFMEA plan for structural components at scope. Conduct DFMEA/QFD/DFM Workshops with customers and suppliers
- Interpret and apply correct engineering standards to product design
- Conduct technological benchmarking of new materials and processes applicable to structural products.
- Provides technical training to customers
